Pocket Arcade
Privacy policy
Pocket Arcade is designed to work offline. Your game progress stays on your device; you do not need to create an account to play.

01 / ON YOUR DEVICE
Game data
The app stores coins, tickets, scores, unlocked machines and screen styles, game settings, and related progress locally on your device. This lets the arcade keep your progress between launches. We do not operate an account or game-data server, and the current app does not send this gameplay data to us.
Your local progress remains on your device until you remove the app or its data. If you use Apple's device backup features, Apple may handle a copy under your device and iCloud settings. Restoring or deleting an Apple backup is managed by Apple.
02 / AT THE COUNTER
In-app purchases
Optional Free Play purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Pocket Arcade checks Apple's purchase entitlement to unlock the feature and support restoration. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchase and payment information is governed by its own privacy practices.
03 / WHEN YOU CONTACT US
Support messages
If you email pocketarcade@raresoroian.com, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request and handle support. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
We delete support emails shortly after resolving the request, unless we must keep a record for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute. You can ask us to delete your correspondence sooner by emailing the same address.
04 / THIS WEBSITE
Site visits
These support and privacy pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and browser request data to deliver and protect the website.
05 / THE SHORT VERSION
Sharing and choices
We do not sell your personal information. The current app has no ads or third-party analytics SDKs. You can remove local game data by deleting the app, though an Apple backup may still contain it. Purchases tied to your Apple Account are managed by Apple and can be restored in the app.
If Pocket Arcade's data practices change, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
